The 60-Day Companion open on a phone

Your 60-Day Companion

A Notion workspace built around the two months it takes to know whether a probiotic is working for you. It counts your capsules, remembers what your body did, and tells you when to reorder before the bottle runs out.

Open the Companion

Free Notion account needed. Works on the phone app and the web.

Getting your own copy

The link opens the master version. Duplicating it gives you a private copy that only you can see and edit.

  1. Open the Companion

The button above opens it in Notion. Nothing is saved yet at this point, you are looking at the template.

  2. Press Duplicate, top right

Notion copies the whole workspace into your own account. Sign in or make a free account if it asks.

  3. Open your first bottle and log day one

Enter the date you opened the bottle. Everything else, the day count, the week, the reorder date, fills itself in from there.

What it keeps track of

Eight linked sections. You will use the first two daily and the rest when you need them.

  • Daily logCapsules taken, how you felt, and any note worth remembering. Prints your day number and week automatically.
  • BottlesSixty capsules at two a day is thirty days. It counts down and flags the reorder date eight days before you run out.
  • Cycle logWhere you are in your cycle, so patterns line up with something instead of looking random.
  • Antibiotics and medicationWhat you took and when. The book explains in chapter 2 why this matters to the balance.
  • Signs guideTwenty entries from chapter 3, each with what it usually means and when to call a clinician.
  • Habit libraryTwenty-five habits from chapter 8, sorted by how much difference each one actually makes.
  • What shifts the balanceNine common triggers, each with the evidence behind it.
  • AppointmentsDates, questions to bring, and what the answer was.
