Lactobacillus crispatus is the species that dominates a healthy vaginal flora. It gets the largest single share of this formula for exactly that reason, at 8 billion CFU. Plenty of women's probiotics leave it out, and some include a trace and still print it first.
A single big number tells you nothing about whether the strain doing the work got 8 billion or a rounding error. All seven are printed individually, because the breakdown is the argument.
